Overview
PhoenixKey is the Decentralized Identity and Access Management Protocol of the MagicLamp ecosystem. Designed to eliminate the barrier of the traditional "24-word Seed Phrase," PhoenixKey delivers a frictionless Web2-like login experience while maintaining the absolute sovereignty and security of Web3.
Instead of storing a monolithic private key that constitutes a single point of failure, PhoenixKey utilizes advanced data atomization algorithms. It transforms your key into a "Data Nebula"—encrypted shards scattered across the global LampNet infrastructure. When a device is lost, your identity, assets, and reputation do not vanish; they are "reborn" on a new device through multi-dimensional authentication.
The Core Problem
In the current blockchain landscape, users face a dangerous paradox:
Custodial Wallets (CEX): Convenient with password recovery, but you don't own your assets. If the platform collapses, you lose everything.
Non-Custodial Wallets (Yoroi, Lace, Eternl): You have full control, but the responsibility is terrifying. If you lose your paper backup of the Seed Phrase, your funds are gone forever. No support team can help you.
PhoenixKey solves this: You retain 100% ownership (Non-custodial), yet you can recover your wallet using Biometrics and Social signals without ever needing to memorize complex cryptographic secrets.

Real-World Use Case: The Fortress Recovery
How PhoenixKey protects high-value real-world assets.
The User: Mrs. Oanh, owner of a Durian Garden in Gia Lai province. The Assets: Her wallet holds not just funds, but the Digital Identity of 500 export-quality Durian trees, VietGAP certificates, and smart contracts with European buyers. The Incident: She drops her only phone into a lake. She never wrote down a seed phrase.
The PhoenixKey Solution:
Rebirth: Mrs. Oanh buys a new phone and installs the app.
Authentication: She logs in with her ID and scans her FaceID.
The Context Challenge: Because her account holds high-value assets, the "Fortress Mode" is active. The system asks: "To verify it's really you, Mrs. Oanh, please stand at your registered garden coordinates in Gia Lai and take a photo of Durian Tree #105."
Verification: The Vedata Oracle verifies her GPS location and uses AI to match the tree's image with on-chain metadata.
Restoration: Once verified, her wallet is restored. Her contracts, her tree identities, and her reputation score reappear instantly. She continues her business without missing a beat.
Key Features
Invisible Setup
Users don't need to understand blockchain. The system binds a hardware-generated key to the user's Biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint) and Social Account (Gmail/Apple ID) in seconds. The complex cryptography happens entirely in the background.
Adaptive Security
Security is not one-size-fits-all. The system automatically assesses risk based on asset value:
Standard Mode: For daily users. Fast recovery via biometric and social backup.
Fortress Mode: For VIPs and businesses. Requires deep verification (Liveness check, Contextual challenge) to prevent sophisticated attacks.
Distributed Storage (Phoenix Nebula)
Encrypted key shards are dispersed across thousands of nodes on LampNet. There is no central server to hack. Even if 40% of the network goes offline, your key remains recoverable.
Social Veto
Users can appoint "Guardians" (trusted family members). Guardians cannot open your wallet, but they have the power to VETO (Freeze) a recovery attempt if they suspect you are being hacked or coerced.
Safe Haven Vault
The ultimate line of defense. For critical recovery attempts, assets are not transferred immediately. They are moved to a Smart Contract Vault for a 7-day holding period. This gives the legitimate owner time to react and cancel the transfer if it was unauthorized.
Sovereign Export
Users are never locked into the ecosystem. At any time, you can securely export your standard BIP-39 Seed Phrase (24 words) to migrate your assets to other Cardano wallets like Yoroi, Lace, or Eternl.
User Tiers
PhoenixKey automatically categorizes accounts to balance security and convenience:
Basic Tier (Low Value): Instant recovery via OTP and Biometrics. Optimized for speed and micro-transactions.
Standard Tier (Medium Value): Adds Device-Bound Key protection. Requires social re-authentication.
Fortress Tier (High Value): Activates the full defense suite: Anti-Deepfake Liveness, Contextual GPS/Visual Verification, Guardian Veto, and the 7-day Safe Haven Vault.

PhoenixKey serves as a Universal Passport Protocol for the MagicLamp ecosystem.
